Artist Intro Scheduler

Enter your artists to generate the 24-hour rotational schedule for the :40 breaks.

Note: I’ve pre-filled your station’s sheet URL. However, you MUST still follow the steps below and “Publish to web” as a CSV for this link to work. This only needs to be done once.

How to get the URL:

  1. In your Google Sheet, make sure your artists are in the **first column** with no header.
  2. Go to File > Share > Publish to web.
  3. In the dialog:
    • Under “Link”, select the sheet with your artists (e.g., “Sheet1”).
    • Change “Web page” to “Comma-separated values (.csv)”.
  4. Click Publish and confirm.
  5. **Close** the dialog and copy the main URL from your browser’s address bar (not the small link in the dialog).
  6. Paste that full browser URL (e.g., `https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/…/edit#gid=…`) above.
